The T5 Dominion ships (the old Dreadnought Cruiser and Escort Carrier) are for the entire account, which is cool: Hope that there's a Zen option because I've got a shedload of that lying around after the last Phoenix box event. Reading properly, it looks like the T6 Jem ships unlock account wide when you get their mastery complete.
